INJECTION MOLDING
At present, the injection molding workshop of our company has more than 30 Haitian 160t-1000t injection molding machines and more than 120 production personnel. It has an annual production capacity of 5 million large and medium-sized injection molding parts. Middle and senior managers basically have more than ten years of working experience and rich production experience.
The company has 2 sets of friction welding equipment for component assembly, testing and welding to meet the customer's component assembly needs.
For every new project, our project manager will hold a meeting with the sales rep, mold design manager, mold designers as well as the mold-making manager to discuss the client's needs. MoldFlow helps us analyze the proposed mold design to ensure that the mold will be capable of producing the strongest, most uniform parts from each cavity.
